We present a case of recurrent glioma, previously treated with maximal surgery and radiation in which a high dose of tamoxifen has stabilized the tumour clinically and has resulted in it's radiologic regression.
Given tamoxifen's relative lack of toxicity, it might serve as a useful adjuvant in the treatment of recurrent glioma.
